Delivery times include order preparation and shipping.

Factors that may delay your item include your location, public holidays, sales periods and whether your item is currently in stock in our warehouse. Please note that depending on your order and country, you will be required to pay local taxes and duties upon receipt of your order, for which Gr10K cannot take any responsibility. Refusal to pay these fees will result in the total cancellation of the order. The cost of transport and the cost of customs clearance associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the refunded amount. 

Import duties / customs tax information 
Orders shipped outside Europe* will be subject to an import tax, this tax is calculated by your local customs office. We strongly advise customers to check the tax regulations for their shipping destination before proceeding to payment. 
Some countries like the US and Australia will charge customs fees for invoices over a certain amount, for example: 

USA: Orders under $800 are exempt from tax 
Australia: Orders under $1000 are exempt from tax 

Please check this information before checking out. 

The Authorities may require further information and payments before releasing the parcel to the customer. If the customer refuses to provide the requested information / payment, the package cannot be delivered and will be sent back to our warehouse. In this case, customers will be charged a return shipping cost and a rejection fee. 

Customs duty is not refunded by Gr10K if an order is returned to us. 



We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return Import Duties
When returning items from outside the EU, you may incur import duties. They are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country, and customers must take charge of them. Please note that we will deduct any eventual import duties related to your return from your refund.
