Developed in-house by GR10K, the Polartec® Alpha™ Reversible Compound Jacket combines a workwear satin polyamide with exposed Polartec® Alpha™ insulation through a diamond-quilted stitch construction, creating a single reversible material compound. The quilting binds the contrasting textiles together while retaining their individual surface characteristics, allowing either the smooth satin face or the raw open structure of the Alpha™ layer to be worn externally.

Developed as a hooded outerwear component, the jacket uses the reversible construction to provide two distinct material surfaces and wearing configurations within a single garment. The lightweight construction allows the piece to function independently or within a wider layering system, shifting between the protective character of the satin polyamide face and the exposed insulation structure of Polartec® Alpha™.

A white Velcro panel positioned at the side of the lower hem functions as a GR10K redacted branding system, while providing a surface for patches and other compatible components to be attached, removed and repositioned. The contrasting white element introduces a functional point of customisation within the otherwise continuous Orange Bishop construction. Finished with a Polartec® Alpha™ fabric flag.
